Dr Devaraj de Condappa

Devaraj is a PlanAdapt Fellow, based in Berlin, Germany.

He has 17 years of experience in the fields of Hydrology, Integrated Water Resources Management, Climate Change, Training and Capacity Building, as well as engaging with stakeholders. He has worked as a consultant on modelling and planning water resources with concerned stakeholders, assessing the impacts of Climate Change and strategies for adaptation (e.g., Ecosystem-based Adaptation). He worked for projects funded by GIZ, KfW, ADB, WB, IKI and UNDP. He has experience in more than 20 countries, in Asia, Caucasus, Europe, Africa and Small Islands. Devaraj is particularly interested in collaborating with different stakeholders for inclusive planning and exchange of knowledge.
